Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

  • Only orders with a valid order number are eligible.

How to Start a Return

There are two ways to begin your return:

Option 1: Through Your Customer Account (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Go to your order history and select the item(s) you’d like to return.

  3. Follow the steps to generate your return request.

Option 2: Contact Us

  1. Email info@robertovinous.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with next steps.


What Happens Next

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 48 business hours.

  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, depending on your request.


Shipping & Fees

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you're requesting an exchange, you will be charged for the shipping cost before the new item is sent.


Wrong Item Received?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@robertovinous.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
