Returns & Exchanges

For all Returns & Exchanges, The process begins here!
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items
you order and your experience with
Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product,
there may be several options available to you.
Please note, that ALL items must have their
original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.

  • If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked products, we will issue you a Store Credit or exchange the item for you. The Store Credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
  • If you want to return an item in one of our store location, we will either  exchange the item for you or issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit gift cards can be used with a discount code.
  • You will have 7 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service. 
  • If you received a wrong product, please contact customer service within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem and email you RA #  for you to send back the product. In these rare cases, we  will reship the item if available or refund you in full. We will not accept return of mispacked good in our stores. 
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • Upon approval of your RA #, you have 10 days to have your return at our warehouse. If we do not receive your return within 10 days, your RA # will automatically cancel.
  • If the item was purchased at the store we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Please email your return tracking number so they can ensure your refund gets processed promptly.

Returns will be processed within 48 hours once it is received into our warehouse.

Allow up to 10 business days for your money to be refunded back to your card which is dependent upon your bank.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are dropped off by a customer at any of our stores or warehouse locations.
